Support exclusive to enrolled clients
The Horizon support center is available only to enrolled clients, whether investors or families within the solar program. If you signed up with us, use the same email address you registered with to open a ticket; that way we can link your request to your file and give you personalized follow-up.
Through tickets you can check the status of your case, ask about your payments, resolve questions about your risk profile or the subsidy process, and get direct help from our team. If you are not a client yet and want to learn about the programs, the best thing is to request information from the investors or families pages.

Who can open a support ticket?
Ticket support is exclusive to enrolled clients. You must use the email address you registered with so we can link your request to your file.
My email is not recognized, what should I do?
If you get a notice that your email is not enrolled, make sure you are using exactly the same email you registered with, or log in to your portal. If you believe it is an error, contact us to verify your file.
I am not a client yet, how do I get information?
If you are not enrolled yet, ticket support is not available to you, but you can request full information from the investors page or the families page, depending on the program you are interested in.
